A 14 year old boy died in OR in 2015 from SSPE. He had been vaccinated at 8 months old in the Philippines but contracted measles there at age 1. Symptoms included cognitive and motor regression, repetitive behaviors, tip-toe walking, inability to sit still, aggressive behavior, continuous crying, speech regression.
